General Conditions

receptivoitalia.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is the exclusive property of Receptivo Italia (hereinafter referred to as "the Owner"). The Site is not updated regularly or on a periodic basis and therefore does not need to be registered as an editorial product according to Law 47 of 1948.

These General Terms and Conditions of Service contain all the terms and conditions that regulate the use of the Site. By using the Site, the user declares to accept and respect all the conditions of service.

Site Use

The User explicitly agrees and guarantees that their use of the Site will fully respect these General Conditions of Service, and that it will not violate the rights of any other party, will not constitute a breach of a contractual or legal obligation towards third parties, and will not contravene current laws. Furthermore, the User explicitly agrees to release the Owner from any liability, towards any party, arising from the use of the Site that is not compliant with these Conditions.

The User is expressly prohibited from:

  • Using the Site in a way that may damage, disable, overload, or otherwise compromise the functioning of the Site itself or the network(s) to which it is connected.

  • Engaging in any action that may interfere with or prevent the use of the Site by third parties.

  • Attempting to access, by any illicit means, the Site or information and/or data related to registered Users and/or computers and networks connected to the Site itself.

Content Ownership

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its graphics, and all texts, images, trademarks, logos, and content on the Site are the property of Receptivo Italia, and all rights are reserved.

The aforementioned rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties, and therefore any form of reproduction and redistribution, even partial, of the layout and graphics of the Site, as well as the content present therein, is prohibited and subject to civil and criminal sanctions, without the prior written consent of the Owner.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to consumer rights, the Site provides no warranty on the suitability of its content for any purpose. Furthermore, it assumes no warranty regarding the accuracy or exclusive nature of the Site's content.

The User uses the Site under their sole responsibility, and Receptivo Italia, as the Owner, cannot be held liable, whether contractually or extra-contractually, for losses or damages arising from the use of the Site, including, without any limitation, any damage (direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential) and any loss (of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, money), as well as losses or damages resulting from business interruption caused by the use or inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site.

External Sites

The Site contains links and banners to third-party sites that are not under the control of the Owner, and it assumes no responsibility for the content of such sites or for the services they provide. The Site provides these links and banners, but this in no way implies approval or affiliation with the linked site. The linked sites are owned by third parties who manage them independently, and therefore the Site cannot ensure that the User will be satisfied with their products or services or business practices. It is therefore appropriate for the User to carry out all the checks they deem necessary and appropriate before initiating any transaction with such parties. Through these external sites, remarketing is used with Google Analytics for advertising purposes, and third-party providers use proprietary cookies and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and publish ads based on a user's previous visits to your website.

Cookie Policy

To make the site work well and offer a better navigation experience, we sometimes install small data files called "cookies" on your device. This is a system used by almost all websites.

What are cookies?

Cookies are simple text files created to store information when you browse a site with the aim of improving navigation within the site itself.

Specifically, below is a list of the main cookies used on the Site and their descriptions and functionalities, including their duration:

This website uses only and exclusively technical cookies: this means that the cookies installed directly by the website serve only and exclusively to ensure the correct usability of the pages and services of this website.

As there is no profiling activity, there is no obligation for this website to notify the Data Protection Authority for the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 163 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code").

  • Google Analytics: (Third-party cookie) This site uses the Google Analytics service to monitor visits: the cookies generated by this service are of the analytics type (therefore considered technical cookies in all respects) and collect aggregated data about access to the pages that make up this website. Visitors' IP addresses are anonymized, and in any case, the data collected is not used for profiling activities and/or for sending targeted advertising messages. Further information on privacy management and/or how to refuse or delete this type of cookie is available at the URL: http://www.google.it/intl/it/analytics/privacyoverview.html. The User can selectively disable the action of Google Analytics by installing the opt-out component provided by Google on their browser. • Embedded Content: (Third-party cookie) The Site sometimes uses, in a non-constant way, videos from Youtube and Vimeo, content from the social networks Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and in general, as needed, embeddable content from other platforms. The site cannot control the cookies that these third-party sites provide, and for this reason, it is recommended to get information directly from each third party to have more control over these cookies. Below are some useful links to the cookie policies of the third parties mentioned:

  • Google Fonts: (Third-party cookie) The site uses fonts from the Google Fonts service in some parts of the site. For information on the cookies in question, here is the link: https://www.google.it/intl/it/policies/privacy/

  • Adsense: (Third-party cookie) To display the banners on the pages, the site uses the third-party service Adsense.
